The Children’s Center is a part of the Council of Social Concern, a non-profit multi-purpose agency. The Children’s Center was started in 1972 by parents who needed consistent, reliable daycare with an extensive early childhood program. Today the Children’s Center is a place where children from the ages of one month to five years learn to grow and trust other children and adults.
A well-trained professional staff provides age-appropriate activities which stimulate all aspects of physical, emotional, and intellectual development. Creativity, group participation, and the development of each child’s full potential are encouraged and valued.
