Donations are due by April 13, 2025. Donations can be dropped off in marked “Donations” bins in the Gathering Room or up at the Parish Center. Monetary or gift card donations can be put in the weekly offertory marked Disciples in Action on envelope.

The Council of Social Concern is a charitable, community-based agency, responding to the basic needs of people of all ages, providing early childhood education and care, helping individuals develop their potential, creating positive family and community relationships, and fostering respect for diversity.
St. Mary's and the Knights of Columbus are partnering for 40 Cans for 40 Days in which you bring a canned, non-perishable food (one can per day for 40 days) for distribution to the food pantry at the Woburn Council for Social Concern delivered weekly during Lent by the Knights of Columbus.

The St. Vincent de Paul Society of Woburn is part of the international Catholic lay organization offering assistance to individuals and families experiencing financial hardship. The Society of St. Vincent de Paul of Woburn seeks to walk with and assist the people of Woburn experiencing crisis or poverty. They strive to help those in need while treating them with respect, joy and love as they work toward a more just and compassionate society.
The St. Vincent de Paul Society of Woburn takes a personal approach to their mission to assist those in need and less fortunate. Their trained volunteers meet with clients in their homes, discuss their needs and work with them to determine how they can keep help them stabilize and improve their situation.

The En Ka Pantry provides non-perishable food and personal care items to Winchester residents who require extra assistance in meeting these basic needs. The Pantry is located at 1037 Main Street (the location of the En Ka Exchange). Use of the pantry is limited to one time per month by appointment.
For this Lent, the pantry is requesting contributions of personal hygiene products for the Enka Pantry in Winchester. Items needed:- Toothpaste
- Toothbrushes
- Dental floss
- Feminine hygiene products
- Shampoo and conditioner (regular sizes)
- Razors
- Shaving cream

The Children’s Center is a part of the Council of Social Concern, a non-profit multi-purpose agency. The Children’s Center was started in 1972 by parents who needed consistent, reliable daycare with an extensive early childhood program. Today the Children’s Center is a place where children from the ages of one month to five years learn to grow and trust other children and adults.A well-trained professional staff provides age-appropriate activities which stimulate all aspects of physical, emotional, and intellectual development. Creativity, group participation, and the development of each child’s full potential are encouraged and valued.
Items needed this Lent for the center include:

St. Francis House was founded to meet the needs of people experiencing poverty and homelessness. The organization grew quickly from a simple bread line into a multi-service shelter. Located in the heart of downtown Boston, their mission is to rebuild lives by providing refuge and pathways to stability for adults experiencing homelessness and poverty.
St. Francis House is requesting contributions of gently used or new adult clothing (all sizes) for St. Francis House in Boston. Items of most need include:- Men’s and Women’s coats and jackets (all sizes)
- Men’s and Women’s sneakers, shoes, boots (no high heels or sandals)
- Men’s and Women’s jeans, khakis, cargo pants
