CORI Weekend

Every year we are required by the Archdiocese of Boston to distribute CORI forms to all paid parish and school lay employees, and all volunteers 18 years of age and older ministering to children, youth, elderly, and the disabled or serving within any of our various ministries.

If you belong to any of these groups, you must complete and submit a CORI form and return it with proof of identification (driver’s license, passport, or state ID card with photo) to the Gathering Room after all Masses on 10/21 & 10/22. A representative from St. Mary will be there to take and verify your form. The CORI is a requirement of the Archdiocese of Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. If you cannot come by the Gathering Room, please drop by the Parish Center during office hours with your completed form AND proof of identification for us to review and verify your form.

Please note: If you do not return a CORI form you will not be able to participate in any of our ministries.
