- Requests need to be received by 12 pm noon on October 31, 2024
  
  Each year St. Mary Parish calls on its parishioners to bring forward the names of family and friends who have passed in the last year (November 2, 2023 through present) to be placed in our Book of Remembrance. Names will be added to the book via the online form below.
- Please enter the name(s) of family members and friends who have passed this last year (11/2/2023 through present) whom you would like us to add to this year's Book of Remembrance so that we can hold them in prayer on All Soul's Day. Names will be printed in one of the November bulletins.
  Please note: When entering the names to be remembered, please enter the number of names to be rememberd first and then the correct number of lines will appear for your entry.
